Not every great hat has to start from scratch. These are patch designs Phil has created and made for customers at our shows, and each one can go on just about any hat we carry. Pick the design you like, then pick the hat style and color that suits you.
Every hat shown here is one we’ve made. The design can go on a different hat style or color, so the photo is just a starting point.
How to Order
Pick a design. Browse the gallery below and note the name of the design you want.
Pick any hat. Choose your style and color: trucker, rope, flat bill, dad hat, 7-panel, ponytail cap and more. We stock over 2,000 hats and are a dealer for hundreds of brands, so if you have something particular in mind, just ask.
Request it. Send us the design name and your hat choice through the contact form, or call us at (770) 905-7361. We’ll confirm the details with you and send a free mockup before we make anything.
There are no minimums on patch hats and no setup fees, so you can order one hat or a hundred.
Want something a little different? Any of these designs can be a starting point for your own custom patch. Tell us what you’d like changed and we’ll work it into your free mockup.
